Daughter of Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet, Zoe Kravitz is becoming a rising star. A few years ago she starred in Jay-z's "I Know" music video and now she co-starred in X-Men: First Class. Her bohemian chic style definitely is reflective of her parent's style.

Summer Must Have: Coral/Orange Lipstick

I've been on the quest for the perfect orange lipstick this last couple months. I've seen the trend in magazines and in fashion shows and I really wanted to try it on myself. I notice it looks good with most skin tones and especially brown tones. I've purchased 3 in varying shades to see which looks best.

Milani Lipstick - Mandarina (42)

Described as a bright orange. I really like this one because it is bold and truly an ORANGE lipstick. With this you will definitely need a lip liner because of its pigmentation.

Milani Lipstick - Orange Gina (24)

Described as a golden orange. It is definitely more golden than orange. I think its pretty but its not my favorite. For those who dont want a loud orange, you should try this one.

Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick Creme - Kiss Me Coral (750)

a nice blend of orange and red. I would say this one is my favorite because it blends nicely with my skin tone and it doesn't have a smell (as apposed to the Milani ones, they have a smell that i cant quite describe. its not horrible but you can really smell it while its on your lips).

Here are swatches of all three. The top one is Mandarina, the middle is orange gina, and the bottom is kiss me coral.

Even if you are hesitant to wear a bright orange lipstick all of these are great as just lip stains. If you just dab some on your lips it gives a nice tint of orange without feeling like a clown.

Summer Must Have: Sandals

I love wearing sandals during the warmer months because I hate when my feet get sweaty (especially here in Florida). I've compiled a list of some of the sandals I've found. Favorite Drugstore Red Lipsticks

I love bright lipsticks for the summer...well actually all year round. I practically purchase everything from drugstores....or target. Especially since I am like an hour away from a MAC or Sephora. Here are three of my favorite red lipsticks right now.

Fashion Fair Lip Teasers - Scarlet Kiss

This one is actually a lip gloss but I still decided to include it. It is pretty sheer but build-able. For those of you who are a little hesitant to wear to wear a bold red, this would be a good starter. This really looks good on all skin tones.

NYX Lip Smacking Fun Colors in Eros (536)

This one is a super bright red with an orange undertone. You will definitely need a lip liner. The consistency of this lipstick is really creamy, I hate dry lipsticks lol. This is the one I've had the longest, that is why it looks like that in the picture lol. I think NYX has changed this name (Eros) to a lighter shade. The one I have is super bright and the one on their website is more of a coral/pink color. Sooooo...you might not be able to find this shade anymore. The picture looks orange but it is definitely more red than orange.

L'Oreal Paris Infallible Lip Color - Beyonce

This is my favorite red. In my opinion, it is like the PERFECT RED. Let me preface this with saying I have never worn this out in public ( i dont have the cojones to wear it lol). It is so bright but it is a sexy, sultry bright red...i guess that's why its named "beyonce." It is truly long lasting, no matter how hard you try to rub it off. Just a tip for those who dont know, you have to make sure it is dry before you add another layer or apply the lip balm. I would recommend this to anyone but the one thing i hate about it is the smell of the lip balm (it smells kinda menthol-ish, i cant quite put my finger on the smell but me no likey).

Nivea Creme Review

I've always seen Nivea products at stores and but I never had the desire to test them out. I was in Walgreens a couple weeks ago and saw a small container of Nivea Creme by the register (for .99) and decided to try it out.

I like it. I would give it a 4.0/5. The consistency is really thick and creamy. I have only tried it on my hands so I cannot say how it works on the rest of the body. I notice my hands are moisturized for a while after I applied it. It doesnt leave a greasy feeling and it really sinks into the skin. I do notice that it smells kinda like sunscreen. Im not sure if all Nivea products smell like that but that was a turn off for me. I wish it had more of a plain scent but hey "you cant always get watcha waaant" (in my singing voice).

I think this product would be great on your feet, knees, elbows, and hands. I think for the rest of your body, it may be a bit too thick.

Would I repurchase? Yes

If you are interested in checking this out at least go to Walgreens (or maybe even CVS). Its only $1.07 (including tax....well in florida).

My Score: 4/5 ...1 point away because it smells like sunscreen lol....but you judge for yourself and let me know if you like it or not.
